My game disconnected right as I was buying something. How do I know if I received my purchase?

 

The good news is that Gems of War is quite well-behaved in the store during disconnects.  If it took your money, you will almost certainly have received your purchase. If you have any lingering doubts though, try logging out of the game, and then log back in to see if you have received your rewards.

If you have not, please wait a day and see if you are charged. If so please contact us at support here:

Make sure to include a copy of your purchase receipt and your Hero's invite code, as that will help us get your rewards to you quicker.
