Always check the help center first for useful articles first! Have a gameplay question or feedback? Check out our community forums here for quick help from other players. If you still have a problem you need to submit a request for help or 'ticket'.
How to submit a ticket on the help center
- Submit a request here.
- Complete the form with as many details as possible. It will be submitted when you sign up.
- Click on the link in the 'Welcome' email sent to you to verify your account
- Create a username and password
- Click 'My Activities' to check your ticket was submitted
- If it is, don't create a new one for the same problem! You can check the tickets' status and update it here.
Things to include
For us to quickly resolve your issue please include as much information as possible, especially:
- Hero name/invite code
- Hero level
- Images or screenshots (e.g. error messages or receipts)
- Information on how you play: Your device, its operating system, and your device's model number
- Information on what exactly went wrong: How many times did it happen? What part of the game?
