If you experience Bad Data errors, it's likely that one of two things might be happening:
- Our Game Servers might be having some difficulty.
- You internet connection to our servers might be experiencing packet loss or corruption.
With a restart, the game should continue just fine, however it's likely you will continue to receive more Bad Data errors until the problem is fixed:
- On iOS: Double tap the HOME button, swipe the game out of the current app's list, then restart it
- On Steam: Press Alt-F4 if you are stuck in the game, then restart it.
If it is your internet connection causing the issue, it's likely that you'll be experiencing issues with other games or even browsing websites.
If your internet is running fine though, the problem will be on our side. In that case, there's a good chance we know about it, and are working hard to fix it. Please be patient - sometimes these issues are with the folks who provide our Game Server services, and it takes 1-2 days for a fix to occur.
