Once you are logged into the help centre, select 'My Activities' in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Use this to view the status of your ticket, attach files or respond to support.
Responding to support
To submit your first ticket for help or "request" you must do so through the help centre. Afterward, you can respond to support inside the help center again (using the box provided) or by replying to the email sent.
Attach a screenshot or file to your ticket
See this article for information on taking a screenshot. It's easy to send support a file or attachment:
- After your help request has been sent by selecting 'Add file' in My Activities, or
- When submitting a new request, at the bottom of the form, select 'Add File'
- Using the attachment option in your email browser or software.
