Missing Bonus VIP Gems

VIP Gem Bonuses are calculated based on the standard Gem amount + your VIP Level Percentage Bonus.

If a Gem Sale is also running, the amount of bonus Gems you earn is added after the base amount of Gems and your Bonus VIP percentage is calculated.

This amount is shown right above the purchase price for the Gem Pack, so it might seem as if you are getting less gems than you are.

How Gem Bonuses are calculated

For example, a Chalice of Gems with VIP Level 5:

The total gems is 240 Gems plus 25% Bonus Gems (25% for VIP Level 5)

240 + 25% 

= 300 Gems

Sometimes, Gems of War runs Gems sales. If a sale is active, additional Gems can be earned after the base and bonus VIP Gems are added:

The total gems is 240 Gems plus 25% Bonus Gems (25% for VIP Level 5)

240 + 25%  = 300 Gems + Bonus 96 Gems

= 396

Level up your VIP to gain VIP Bonus Gems 

Each VIP Level up increases the percentage of Bonus Gems you can earn with each purchase. To learn more about VIP, you can select the "VIP" button in the Shop.
