The game may start and begin to load before becoming stuck on "Loading assets" and freezing.
Fixing the problem
Please contact Support with the following information and 'Technical issue' selected:
- What is your iOS Model (e.g iPad Air 6th generation)?
- What is your exact Operating System or version number (e.g. iOS 11.2.5)?
- Can you provide a screenshot of the loading issue?
- When did this issue begin happening in GMT time?
Please try reinstalling your game to resolve the issue:
- Delete the app on your iPhone by holding on the app’s icon for a couple of seconds (hold until the icons start to wiggle), select the X in the top left corner of the app icon then tap Delete.
- Launch the App Store app.
- Search for Gems of War and tap the Download icon.
- Wait for the app to download and install.
If you temporarily lose access to your account and have reinstalled, Support can help you recover it, or you can reset your password.
TIP: If you lose access, please provide support with:
- Your Hero's name, armor, and class
- Home Kingdom.
