Unlike other game modes, the Gems of War support team can't compensate for Delves and Guild Wars.
Despite the issue, the Technical Support team can't change your score or award you the correct rewards: The score has already been sent from your device, logged to the server, and forwarded to various other player's games and systems.
We can't reimburse for a full Delve Scroll for losing one battle or return Guild Wars points for battles that have counted as a loss. To keep things fair for everyone, we're able unable to compensate for potential progress that you may or may not have earned.
Fixing the issue
Unfortunately, only standard battle compensation can be provided when verifying that you have lost a fight. We're unable to provide Guild Wars points, Chaos Shards, Delve Scrolls, etc. If you have lost a battle and would need standard compensation other than these resources please contact support.
We'll check the data logs of your account, verify the issue and reimburse you.
