Receiving a refund from a purchase

If you require a purchase refund, contact your platform's store for support as they have processed the transaction for you.

We're sorry, but unfortunately, we can't process refunds for you as we do not receive the money for your purchase here directly. You can still earn a refund, however, by contacting the store you made the purchase through. Include a receipt of the purchase if you'd like to request a refund:

Purchases made in Gems of War are handled in the game but the transaction goes through the platform you use to play the game. For this reason, if you contact us for a refund, we won't be able to give it to you.
