Didn't get an email with your receipt? Here's how to get a receipt and details for a purchase issue in Gems of War, depending on your platform.
If you need a reimbursement for a purchase issue that hasn't arrived after trying some troubleshooting, support will need details on the purchase. Please send an image or screenshot of the receipt with information on the purchase.
To receive a reimbursement a receipt must show:
- Receipt number
- Purchase date
- Purchase name
- Cost.
You don't need to include any personal details or information. Purchase receipts are usually sent within 24 hours of the purchase to your email. This is the quickest way to locate a receipt for support.
iOS
If you can't see the email receipt, here's what to do:
- On your device, open the App Store
- Select the profile icon in the top right
- Select your name,
- You may need to use Touch ID or enter your passcode to authenticate
- Select Purchase History
- Find and select the Gems of War purchase you want to look at in the list

Android
Please send a screenshot of the receipt that arrived in your email. If this is not available, to find your receipt on Android:
- On your mobile device, open the Google Play Store app .
- Tap Menu Account.
- Tap Order history.
- Locate the Gems of War purchase which had the issue
- Select the purchase to show details
- Send a screenshot of this to support.

Steam
- Open Steam
- Near your profile picture, select the drop-down arrow
- Select Account details
- Under Store & purchase history, select View purchase history
- Select the Gems of War purchase from the list

PS4
To find a purchase receipt from the PlayStation 4:
- Go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Wallet > Transaction History
- Select the account that you want to view transactions from
- Select the transaction date range when the issue occurred and select Next
- Locate the Gems of War purchase
- Select the purchase for more details
- Take a screenshot of the purchase or use a smartphone to take a photo
- Send this to support.

Xbox One
To view purchases made on Xbox One they must be located on a web browser.
- Sign into the payment and billing page with your Microsoft account
- Locate the Gems of War purchase you had an issue with
- For more details, select a transaction, or click More under Transactions.
- Select the purchase for more details
- Take a screenshot of the purchase or use a smartphone to take a photo
- Send this to support.
Nintendo Switch
To view purchases made on Nintendo Switch they must be located on a web browser.
- Visit the Nintendo Account website, and sign in to your Nintendo Account.
- From the profile settings, select Shop menu.
- Select Information about account activity.
- A list of the transactions associated to your Nintendo Account will appear here.
