Chat Issues

Chat Won't Close

If you're having trouble closing the chat, select the chat icon in the top-middle of the screen To close the chat menu when it won't move from the game:

• Select the chat icon (speech bubble) in the top-middle of the screen
  • The chat button must be selected to activate chat, as opposed to selecting the chat menu itself
• Select Settings
• Under Appearance, adjust the green slider bar to the far left so it is in the black
• Select the "X" to close the Settings

Chat is empty

Check your Privacy and Parental settings on your console or device.

Having any privacy settings set to 'Friends Only' will block Global and Guild Chat, and having any Parental settings on can block access to Chat as well.
