Missing weapon after level up

If you have just earned a Weapon and it is missing, try levelling up your Hero.

After levelling up

If you are over level 240+ you will have completed all Gem Masteries. The game is designed to award Weapons based on Gem Mastery.  If you are missing a Weapon straight after earning it and it's not showing in under Owned in Weapons tab, levelling up once more will trigger the Weapon unlock to occur for your Hero.

Other missing Weapons

If you've used a Weapon or unlocked one and used it but no longer have the Weapon, please contact support. Provide the:

• name of the Weapon you are missing
• the exact time - or as close to it as possible - that you last used it,
• where you earned the Weapon and how long ago.
