Under investigation by the game team
If you left Gems of War open for a long time and bought something from the in-game shop you may not get the purchase.
Fixing the problem
If you're missing a purchase that was charged to your account, contact support here for a reimbursement. Include a screenshot or image of the receipt showing the purchase title, purchase amount, date, and order number.
Close the game
This issue is caused by leaving the game open in the background for more than an hour without playing it. To prevent the issue from happening until the game-team resolves it you can try closing the game completely when not in use:
- When Gems of War is open, select the Home button on the right Joycon controller
- Select Gems of War and press the X button
- Confirm that you would like to Close the game.
