New Portraits for reaching Level 100 for Delving in a Faction won't be available immediately.
If you're missing the new Level 100 Faction Portrait from your Chat Collection this is because the Faction has just released! New Faction Portraits will be available for new Factions after each game update version (it requires an update to the game application itself and can't be done on the server).
