If you purchased a Kingdom of Fire Offer on PlayStation please contact Support to receive the Gems that were displayed as part of the Offer.
Between the 9th - 11th of April there were tiered Flash Offers on PlayStation called Kingdom of Fire which incorrectly displayed Gems as part of the offers. The offers were intended to include Gem Keys, not Gems, and the Gem Keys were correctly rewarded to players who purchased these offers. The incorrectly displayed Gems were not given as part of the offers.
Fixing the Issue
As it was not our intention to mislead players with incorrect information, we will be compensating players who purchased these Offers with the Gems that were displayed.
Due to technical limitations at this time, we will need you to write to our Support team with a copy of your receipt(s) for the Kingdom of Fire offers so that we can compensate you manually. Please make sure to include your invite code in the request. Your invite code can be found in the bottom of the settings menu in Gems of War.
