Heroic Gems are Gems that have special abilities which activate when they are either matched, destroyed or a set condition is met.
Overview
Heroic Gems will only appear as a random spawn in battle games for a limited time as part of Campaigns or Special Heroic Gem Events. However, there may be troops and weapons that will create these Gems as part of their spell.
They will appear in all battle game modes such as PvP, Explore, World Events, Raid Boss, and Guild Wars. We will be able to run multiple Special Heroic Gem Events at once too, so players may experience different combinations of Gems from time to time.
We anticipate many new Heroic Gems releasing over time!
Types of Heroic Gems
Uber Doomskull
Uber Doomskulls can be matched with Skulls and Doomskulls causing a large explosion (see image on the right for the explosion shape and size). Uber Doomskulls do 10 attack damage to the first enemy Troop when matched or exploded. |
Lycanthropy Gem

Purple Gems that drop into the battle will have a chance to be a Lycanthropy Gem. This Gem can be matched with other Purple Gems for Mana, also when it is matched or destroyed it will inflict a random Enemy with the Lycanthropy status effect.
As the current Campaign goes on the chance for a Lycanthropy Gem to appear as a random drop will increase. We will also have Spells, Traits and Weapons that will have a chance to create Lycanthropy Gems or gain bonuses for Lycanthropy Gems on the board. |
